1. Inspection before driving
1. Check whether the protective cover is complete and firm, and whether the fasteners are loose.
2. Check and replenish the lubricating oil in each lubricating part.
3. Check whether the water, electricity and steam instruments and valves are sensitive and reliable.
4. Check and remove foreign objects on the machine.
5. Before each shift, check whether the emergency stop device is sensitive and reliable, not tight
Do not use the emergency stop device to stop in an emergency.
2. Maintenance during operation
1. The heating and cooling of the shaft cylinder must be carried out slowly during rotation, and the cooling water cannot be in the roller
When the temperature is high, it is forbidden to heat and cool suddenly to prevent longitudinal cracks in the roller.
2. Do not start with load. When feeding, a small piece of rubber must be thrown along the drive end first, waiting to be packaged
After the roll, the material is added one after another. Do not put too much rubber to prevent overloading.
3. Do not use a hard rubber cutting knife to cut on the roller surface to avoid scratching the roller surface.
4. If you encounter electroplated wheels, use these rollers carefully and pay attention to the maintenance of the wheels.
5. If the wheel surface moves to no gap, it will cause wear between the wheel surfaces
